At FitVille Official, we want you to feel comfortable in every step; if your footwear or apparel isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All products must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking receipt.

After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your replacement will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
